Good staff but long waiting times

Maternity ward is good however the waiting at antenatal is very long. I have been here since 9:30am and its now 1:12pm. The staff are good and very helpful.
Difficult to navigate

I find it difficult to navigate and the waiting time is long as the last time I came I waited over 1 and half hours to realise I wasn't in the right place.

Overall good and better than my local Worcester hospital. This specialises in maternity more than Worcester. The staff are really nice.
Given a wrong date for a C-Section

Miscommunication as I was doubly booked here. This was sorted eventually. I was also given a wrong C-Section date.

Very good and helpful. I rang and they gave me an appointment for the next day. I can't complain. Been good, I cannot grumble about them.

Waiting time is reasonable and the staff are helpful. Easy to navigate the hospital.

So far so good. Waiting time is much lower than the previous time. No problems with staff. The waiting time at antenatal is long.
The restaurant is lovely

The restaurant is lovely when it's open. The parking is difficult for disabled. There are never any spaces at the front and in the main parking area.
