Most of the time they send you to the hospital which is I don't bother to go to as I don't feel it's needed. So not very good.

When my husband had bowel problems they weren't very good. They said to monitor him and they would call back, but they didn't. They're no good.

They were really good when my husband was on palliative care. They got nurses out straight away. Really good.

Called them during covid for toothache as I suspected an infection and I couldn't get a dentist to see me. I didn't receive any help.

I called them whilst in the dental hospital. A lovely young gentleman helped me make the call as I'm hard of hearing. Then they made an appointment for 1pm today. They need to speak up so I can hear them.
