They come four times a day and they're good. They care for my Mom quite well.

They're not very good. Very rough. Two carers will shower me and they come for 20 minutes. I think they know they are only there for 6 weeks so it's almost like they don't care. They want to quickly do their job and go. In the evening they bring me a cup of tea but they don't help me get ready for bed or stay 30 minutes which they should do.

I had them when I initially come out from hospital. They were good then switched to a new provider. Helpful, but didn't get the same staff.

They came 5 times a week, Monday to Friday. 45 minutes on a Friday. They do the cleaning. They do what they have to, they do enough.

They came in twice a day and we had the same team for 12 months. We get the same team now come in the morning and once at night. They're excellent and I can call them whenever and they will help.
