As part of Carers Week 2017, Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust is hosting a Carers Conference in Solihull. Healthwatch Birmingham will be attending to raise awareness of our work promoting the patient voice.
The Carers Conference – is an opportunity for Carers, Nurses, Matrons, Allied Health Professionals, all Health Workers, Charity Leads/Third Sector Organisations, Clinical Leads, Directors and Specialists, Community Teams, Community Health and Outreach Teams, Dementia Friends, members of Adult Social Care and Older People’s Services.
