Come and chat about health and social care at our online coffee morning

We’re really missing speaking to people during lockdown so have decided to host our first online coffee morning and drop in. We will have members of our staff team attending as well as some of our fantastic volunteers.

We have found what we think is a user-friendly platform in Zoom and we hope that lots of you will join us for a friendly session over a cuppa so we can:

  • Discuss what you have been doing differently to access to health and care services during lockdown.
  • Talk about how health and social care services have had to adapt to the pandemic – should these new ways of working continue and how can they be improved?
  • Discuss any concerns people have had about accessing health and social care services.

We know that not everyone is comfortable speaking in front of a group so please be assured you will be able to give your views privately if you wish.

Click here for everything you need to sign up a few days before the meeting. It should be really easy to take part but if you have any problems or worried about using Zoom for the first time, email Mark McKinley on markm@healthwatchbirmingham.co.uk for help.

We really hope to see you there but if you can’t make the coffee morning you can still share your thoughts using our online survey.
