How do I complain about a hospital?
PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Services) provide information about the NHS. This can involve help with issues around your or a loved one’s care and giving you details you need to make a complaint.
Most hospitals have a PALS office you can visit in person or you can telephone or email PALS at the NHS Trust you want information about. You can find the contact details for each NHS Trust in Birmingham below.
Depending on the Trust, certain things like lost property or rearranging appointments might be dealt with by other departments. We have included additional details where available, so you can get in touch with the right people to help you more quickly.
