Feedback Centre Widget featured in BVSC's Update

Healthwatch Birmingham’s Feedback Centre Widget is being featured in BVSC’s online Update.
Birmingham Voluntary Services Council (BVSC) Update blog shares and promotes the work of local voluntary, community and civil society organisations in the city.
The case study aims to raise awareness of the free feedback tool Healthwatch Birmingham is offering to NHS health and social care services to help them easily capture the experiences of their patients and service users.
