Free feedback widget webinars for social care providers

Healthwatch Birmingham is hosting a webinar for social care services to find out about our Feedback Widget, the free digital tool on offer to help services easily collect and listen to service user feedback.
Exclusively for home care providers and nursing, residential and care homes, the short informational webinars will give more details about:

• The Widget, how it works and how to adopt it for service’s website.
• How providers can demonstrate that their service is actively listening to feedback from service users, their families/carers.
• Supporting tools also on offer to make the most out of the Widget and collect more feedback.

We offer the Widget for free to all Care Quality Commission registered organisations in Birmingham which supports services to get real-time service user experience and insight about how people are rating specific services.

• Thursday 6th December: 10:00am-11:00am.
• Monday 10th December: 2:00pm-3:00pm.
