As soon as I called them they gave me an appointment and saw me as soon as they could.

They are rubbish. They just tell you to go to A&E or call 111. You can't get an appointment and the receptionists are nosey. I don't want to tell them.

It's all telephone calls. For repeat prescriptions you used to just drop them into the surgery, now you need to call them on the prescription line.
Symptoms dismissed because of age

One doctor is very good. Not like others who are rude and arrogant. They dismiss symptoms. My brother who has issues with his knees was dismissed because of his age and was told there is nothing wrong.

I don't find any fault in mine. I can get appointments. The receptionist says the doctor will call you back. If they think it's important, they ring you to come in.

They're really good, I am able to get appointments, I have no problems using them.

Face to face and phone appointments always available. During Covid it was phone appointments only.

Not satisfactory. Always deal with locums. Reception staff dismissive eg " we have no nurse until Thursday and that's the way it is" to me who needed a dressing to a wound chnaged every day after surgery
