Poor Experience
August 29, 2019
Lack of Clarity and communication with staff, high turnover of staff and manager's never stay longer then 12 months. Complaints are not dealt accordingly and lack of activities for residents. Residents openly discuss how unhappy they are and are always complaining about the poor service. Residents are put to bed early, food choices are sometimes poor, toiletries go missing, staff need to be told to do everything such as making appointments on behalf of residents such as for dentist, chiropodist, wheelchair services etc. Huge issue with communication among staff and relatives.

Carers are quite good however the nursing is not very good. More carers and communication with management and nurses needed.
Friendly and helpful staff.

My husband was a resident there for over 6 weeks, after an operation in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for a broken ankle. The staff could not have been more helpful, and were unfailing pleasant and courteous in the face of some difficulties.
