Excellent and dependable.

Excellent. You can 101% ring up and they always fit me in. I know other surgeries that don't even answer the phones but they are brilliant. Definitely dependable and will get things sorted for you.
I can get an appointment

Can go any time. As long as I phone up. I can get an appointment straight away for the same day. Doctors and receptionist have standards, see them and if there is something really wrong then you get send for the doctor. Girls behind the desk are lovely.

Difficult to get an appointment

Called doctor to book appointment at 8:30, was given the last appointment of the day. Initially nurse said you have to wait for few weeks to get an appointment. If it’s an emergency then you have to come to ED.
