I have been with them for last 12 years. They have provided us with excellent care and treatment over that time.

I have a TBI frontal lobe injuries from a car crash. I haven't had any help or support, despite waiting over nine years.
Can get an appointment anytime.

I have a liver condition and can get an appointment and see a GP anytime I want.

Helped with husbands depression and sorted out medication for him. Sometimes hard to get an appointment for GP. First telephone appointment than face to face if you think you need it.
Understanding of mental health non-existent

GP's understanding of mental health and neuro-diversity is non-existent. Surgeries should have dedicated mental health staff with degree in psychology and psychiatry.

They don’t book interpreter

They don’t book interpreter and ask me to write everything. Before Covid there use to be a interpreter but after Covid have not seen any.

Can't get appointment and rude receptionists

Rubbish! Can never get an appointment, the GP's are great and so are the midwives. The receptionists are rude. When you are there though, they're good.
