Waiting times

Waiting times can be long and nurses are not experienced to answer patients queries, there is no response given. Difficulties with technology knowledge of the machines as the clearance rate can be better depending on which machine is operated. There is no GP on site for patients and therefore this causes difficulty when need to speak to a GP. Referral to social services is delayed and no contact has been made.
