Staff lovely, not adequatley trained

The staff are lovely people, but have not been adequately trained. They only have 3 very short shifts, possible with different people than they will be working with, and then they are expected to look after someone in their own home. Some don't have a clue how to cook, wash, dress, clean or any of the basic tasks required.
