Balm Care Services Ltd

All of the staff have been courteous, kind, friendly, compassionate and caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They always asked permission to do anything. They washed up and even my dog got excited when they came. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Balm in aiding, although I'm not quite there yet my recovery.

Generally very good. Did cut calls short sometimes as company did not give carers enough travel time between calls.
