Excellent care provided.

They provide excellent care for my husband who has advanced dementia. The staff are kind and caring, and I feel well supported by them too.

Residence board no stimulation

My family member is in Berwood during Covid there has been no interaction with residents or there families. No contact now allowed this is very understandable. But No phone calls no face time calls no emails nothing the residence are left in day room with no families interaction. Surly a weekly face time call to loved ones would help residence with there wellbeing
