Appreciated my support worker

The support worker was very helpful. Helped me more when my mom passed away to find a new house and it was a really good service. I really appreciated their support and help.

I had a phone call with them. I was quite upset and was crying and the woman I spoke with asked me why I was crying and told me that nothing is as bad as it seems. I had to put the phone down. I didn't feel listened to or like they were there to help me. Just happy to ply you with medication.

I find the friendship group at Mind quite helpful. I like to go to the group and get out.

I was a bit quiet at the friendship group when I first started. I feel like I've come out of my shell. I think the group has been good for me.

The friendship group is really good. It's really great to be able to come out and meet new people who are now friends. Lots of activities to offer and it feels like you're having a good natter when we come.
