Boots Pharmacy - Boldmere Road

My 5 month old came out in a rash, our gp did an over the phone consult and diagnosed him with eczema. (I later found out by a dermatologist that it was an allergic reaction). The gp had also not sent my prescription to this branch. The pharmacist on site (19th October) and staff were super helpful. She took a look at my son (she could see my worry) and recommend some bath ointment whilst trying to contact my doctor. The next day his rash had shrunk dramatically.
The staff here are amazing and honestly felt looked after and cared about.

Staff are very friendly pharmacy are very knowledgeable I always talk to pharmacist before GP. Staff do seem stressed at times due to poor management on rota I think as there needs to be more staff on pharmacy.
