Very good, usually they will notify me on the app that medication is ready.

I spoke to the pharmacist about a medical review and they said they didn't know about my prescription. I don't know why they are doing the medication review it should be a doctor. They are polite and helpful and I get all my medicines ready on time for collection when I was having to go there several times for several things.
The medication is already waiting

The medication is already there when I go so no need to wait. They give advice when I ask for it or if they can't help they will tell me to go to the GP.
