Manager is ignorant and has no clue,

Manager is rude and has no idea what shes doing, home is dirty and residents left, there are absolutely no activities

Bretby house is home from home. It is run so professionally but not at all sterile. The staff are amazing and interact so well with the residents. As a non top up care home bretby is the place to chose. I never have any worries about my moms care, they are all brilliant
Very friendly my mom was well looked after
