Expensive but no problems
June 24, 2024
Generally no problems at all. I have to wait until November until a hygienist appointment. You have to pay for the treatment it's £60.00 for the hygienist which is expensive to do a scale and polish.

A very helpful dental nurse. Helped me a lot and provided excellent care and treatment. The dentist was very well informed and explained everything very well.

I had a tooth extraction and didn’t feel a thing. He didn’t rush me and I was able to relax afterwards. Five stars!

Struggle to get a dentist because other one struck me off. Had a tooth infection. They gave me next day appointment. They registered me the same day and I have seen hygienist and they were good. All the other dental surgeries were saying they can’t take me on.
They are very good

They let me go in before my time. Had 10 minutes to sit and catch my breath. But they are very good.

Poor

Throughout COVID they were not allowing any routine check ups, that’s fine understand that. After trying them 3-4 times, each time they just said ‘we will let you know’. I trusted they would and stopped contacting them.
They never made contact, I found out from Facebook they were doing routines again, so rang up to book. To be told they’ve removed me as a patient because I am overdue my routine check up, but I can go private if I like!
12 months, and 3-4 opportunities they had to tell me this information, but they chose not to, and have clearly hoped to get more Monday out of me instead.

How all dental services should be

Really fair pricing for paying customers and they accept NHS patients. I will keep going to this dentist and have told friends and family about it. I am really nervous about needles - the reception staff and the dental staff were really supportive. I managed to get appointments at times that suited me.
excellent service gently warned my children about keeping their teeth clean

Welcoming staff, clear explanations of treatment and not patronising to children.
