The carers provide beyond excellent care. All the carers are very caring and kind. They ensure all tasks have been completed and clients are happy before leaving. They have a good professional relationship with their clients. Office staff, always ensure care is being delivered correctly. They always listen to the clients, their wishes and needs and ensure they are fulfilled.

I could have not asked for better carers. I was very pleased of the excellent level of service my nan was receiving from Choices Care ltd. My nan resided in an independent living scheme and had carers come out four times a day. They would always go out the way to make my nan happy. Nan had once told the carer she had not had a Mcdonalds milkshake in years and wanted to try it again. The carer went out of her way and before visiting her next call she had brought her a milkshake from Mcdonalds. The carer did inform me too so I was aware and I did really appreciate the kindness from the carers. Nan is now in a care home due to the decline in her health but I could not thank these carers enough how they made Nan's time special while with them. I would always recommend this service to others.

Some brave team members out here. the confidence they used to deal with my mother that was rather aggressive due to her mental health, these girls not once hesitated and took everything on the chin

I’m a young adult and have severe mental health issues I lacked confidence to speak to a consultant so one day I started calling up different places to see if someone could help me privately and I found them. They took my call and from the moment she spoke I didn’t have to say anything else
She came out to see me asked for my consent and briefed me about what they do
All I needed was reassurance and confidence building and she did just that then her team came out to see me and since then I haven’t looked back
I no longer have their service because they accomplished what they said they would
I can go out alone and not be scared or feel vulnerable
They were heaven sent

The summary describes it all. The word Exceptional is an understatement. These guys are brilliant. They had everything up and running so smoothly since the day they took over. I would highly reccommend all their advances. They spot check staff and do medication competency in client houses. I have never seen it before

The staff team can only run this well if you have good management in place
Being in social care myself I understand how difficult it is to manage so many challenges with everyone demanding their own peace
The management truly reflects in the staff team outside

I am so happy that I chose Choices Care. They come on time and always communicate if they are running behind due to transport. Always going the extra mile i would not replace them for anything

they cared for my wife until she passed and no one has ever looked after her any better. they eased my life a hell of a lot as i was getting health problems. even the manageress cam out and cared for her. what brilliance they showed with the A-team. truly believable only when you experience it. they would go the extra lengths every morning and evening and even wait for another 20 minutes on top of their work time whilst i go for a walk to the shops for my daily break.

What a great team and team player. I work in Healthcare myself, and I have seen various providers for my Nan. These guys have not given me any chances to complain. From the start until now, they have given her every part of her dignity and independence back. Nan is doing so well since they took over. She's so much happier within herself, well dressed, well looked after. The girls have become Nans friends and we cant praise them enough
