Staff caused a covid outbreak

Due to staff negligence, there was a covid outbreak and my mom was taken to QE in a critical state.

Very good care, lovely staff, nice building

My aunt had to go into hospital following a fall at Christmas 2017.
She moved to Clifton House in January 2018, and lived there till a couple of weeks ago, when a deterioration in her condition meant she had to go into hospital again, and then move to a nursing home.

During the almost 18 months my aunt was in Clifton House she was looked after extremely well. Staff were always respectful and nice to her (even when she was being difficult towards them). There was a high standard of care and I honestly cannot identify anything where I wish they had acted differently.

Overall, all I can say is a big thank you to all the staff for making her time there as good as it could be and for caring for her so well.
