Won’t answer the phone and when they do no appointments
Impossible to get to talk to receptionist.

Many frustrating hours trying to contact the practice. All calls diverted to emergency numbers (automated). Was looking for receptionist/office manager to ob train simple report for Job Centre in respect of my disabled nephew.

Regarding appointments forget it waste of time always locum doctors rubbish receptionist if waiting to hear about results or medication query you have to chase them otherwise you're forgotten.
