I have been a patient for a long time and GPs will always go an extra mile to help and arrange any referral etc

A disgrace!

Never get an appointment. Receptionist are rude with attitude along with doctors who don't care. Everything online.... Myself young is finding it complicated, how you supposed to get an OAP to logon.... With no computer or Internet????
