Kingstanding Circle Surgery

I have been with them for over 40 years now and they are fine. Sometimes you can't get appointments but if it's an emergency the doctor will usually call you back.

Gave me exercises to do as they said I didn't need injections as of yet for my issue with my back. They were okay but I was still in pain so they referred me after this.

No issues with them. I know a lot of people have issues but I have never had any trouble what so ever. I can see a GP or a nurse. They're very accommodating.

Difficult to get appointments but the doctors are very caring and provide good support.

I've been with them since I was younger and they were good. Since moving house we were out of area so ended up moving surgery. They were brilliant, I was sad to go.

I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks. I was concerned that my symptoms could be a stroke or I didn't know whether it was headaches. So I still have the same symptoms and I have not been seen.

They are okay. There’s only one doctor who’s a bit miserable, but others and receptionists are good. They have referred me for several things and often there hasn’t been long wait. I can get appointments too which is great.

No problems, they referred me to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

There is not enough facilities for my condition, that is why I have been travelling for three years from Birmingham to Stockland Green Clinic to get my treatment done. I have to catch three buses to go there and back, which is really difficult for me to travel every two weeks and it costs me to get a taxi. That is the reason I am not happy about the medical centre in my area.
