Need customer service training

Very rude reception staff, they just don't want to give you appointments. They surely need training in customer service.

Not too bad, pain to get an appointment and get through on the phone, You get through and there's not appointment's so you just have to keep trying.
They are not very good

They are not very good. Can’t get appointment. Staff don’t understand how to book appointments in the right way.

Rash on skin, reception initially try and put you off by saying it will be a long wait for ab appointment, well over a week. If you persist the wait is a week. They book you in with the doctor but you actually do not see a GP you see a very young, inexperienced health practitioner. Who you have to push to get advice and then just sends for tests with no advice.

Never had a problem with getting an appointment, granted they are phone appointments at the minute, but have been able to see both Nurse & GP in person. No long waits, no Reception staff thinking they are the GP. Very very happy.
