the staff at the surgery are very helpful and give good detailed advice.

The GP I saw that day was disinterested in my condition. He failed to examine me, and this, I believe, prolonged my suffering. I ended up going to A&E and having an emergency operation at the hospital. I presume this is an isolated instance as I have previously been very happy with the care given by this Practice. I had never seen this GP before although I have been a member of the practice for decades.
Two receptionists were not at all helpful. But one was very helpful.

I have had 2 failed appointments at 8am at this surgery, attending to be told the nurse is not available and on 26/11/2014 I had a booked appointment to be told the nurse does not work on Wednesdays. The waiting room became agitated as the locum doctor had not arrived at 9:45am! Very annoying and I had to take time off work!
