Don't keep appointments that they make especially telephone appointments. Despite chasing for the telephone appointment and being told a call would be made as pre arranged still waiting 24 hours later

I‘ve found them fine. If I’ve needed an appointment for me they’re seen me. When I’ve rang for my kids, they don’t often have appointments. Better before the merge. Literary have to wait.

Complained on NHS Choices, bad experience.Requested to make referral to specialist but GP refused. NHS advised to see another GP who referred me.
