All the doctors are great. This system is the best in the world.

Very difficult to see my GP. The level of service provisions has gone down in the last few years.
Difficult to get a dr appointment Granton Medical Centre

Difficult to get a dr appointment. The app not working to book appointment on line. Consequently feel like you should not be going to see a GP even if you need to. When you get some service it is good. Appointments need to be improved and appt sorted out.

Excellent practice. Easy to book an appointment, have met a range of doctors and all have been very helpful, during Covid, easy to get phone appointments, reception staff helpful, practice nurses very approachable, doctors refer a patient on promptly when necessary
Doctor rude & dismissive

Unhelpful doctor, rude, dismissive. Left feeling worse than I went in and no meds or help. I was advised that if I felt like killing myself to call the crisis team.

Answer: Granton medical centre, doctor gave me good advice & called me with blood results & requested more to be done to find out why I feel so unwell & in pain, prescribed me new medication.

Issues around people who's language is not english as a first language. This can pose issues if you need to advocate on behalf of your parents or family.
