The receptionist said what can I do then

My son is with this surgery he has a shoulder issue when he called the surgery for an appointment the receptionist told him to call at 8am but he said I am at work at 8am. The receptionist said what can I do then.

Difficult to get an appointment

Very difficult to get an appointment, can’t see my GP at all. Few days ago nurse from hospital came and booked an appointment for me with GP. That too is after one week.

Shocking patient partnership

Rude receptionists - I was laughed at on more than one occasion
Fobbed off constantly about results

Very helpful going above and beyond

Even though they are extremely busy they are very helpful going above and beyond to assist me with my query, they contacted me afterwards to check that I had received my prescription and how I was feeling, I managed to get an appointment to see my doctor when I needed to be seen, staff are under pressure but are professional as always

Told to wait in corridor for flu jab for mother. Only 2 chairs provided (mother can't stand for long). Nurse was late for first appointment (we were one of the first). No clear signage on door as to where jabs would be given

Never get appointments

Never get appointments, when you do it is not with a GP but with a practice nurse but they are not informed. Lack of appointments and long waiting times after time of appointment.
