Had no negative or bad experiences with this surgery. Drs have been amazing and the whole team are just fantastic!!
The GP was dismissive of my severe pain

I had a severe ankle and heel pain without even able to weight bear. TheGP advised me I could drive to work 30 miles from home which was a dangerous advise and poor judgment. She undermined my confidence of their care and I’m worried to go there again .Also I gave a blood sample in November last year and they still have not got my report. When I called the Receptionist she said it’s not been done! How negligent?

Unhelpful staff

Tried three times so far to book in to have a cool fitted as have been referred by my gp. All of the staff i have spoken to do far have been utterly unhelpful. One took my number to call me back and never called back.

I have been registered at Griffins Brook medical Centre for over 20 years and the Doctors and nurses are very good. The admin staff are also very helpful. Getting through on the phone is great, although it has become a little more difficult recently.
As the building is full to capacity the Manager has suggested we utilise online bookings for appointments as a way to alleviate the demand on the phones. I think this is a good idea as when you book online you can see all the appointments available.
