Havencroft Nursing Home

My mum was a resident for 3.1/2 mnths but was always clean and cared for. We frequently visited and always found Mum cared for in every way. good home made food and we were often offered coffee or tea when visiting. when mum passed away there the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The 2 nurses in charge always contacted us if mum was poorly or they were concerned in any way.

Seems to need more stimulation (mental) for residents to curb loneliness, but very polite staff, both nursing and managerial. Good food, maybe to adventurous for elderly folk, would like more traditional basic food. Also more frequent one-to-one social worker visits.
