They have phoned me every week to see how I was. I was really poorly, great supportive service.
I wasn’t treated very well

Had to stop having injection for Schizophrenia and I became ill. I was there for 3 months. I wasn’t treated very well.

Although the carers are friendly and welcoming the policies, procedures and supervision are totally inadequate putting residents at risk. There are too many residents for the size of the building. Poor value for money.
