Given options and can get appointments

They're okay. I can get appointments but I must admit I don't use them that often. I wait for a while at 8am but when I get through to them they give me options. You wait longer for a GP than a nurse.
They see me when I need them.

They're good, I have no issues with them. They do a good job and can see them when I need them.

Very good. I don't need them too often but I got prompt treatment when I did need it.
We don’t have a regular doctor

The only problem is we don’t have a regular doctor and can’t get hold of an appointment. They have an online appointment system but not always available. You call at 8am and the appointments are gone by the time you call back.

Brilliant. Able to get appointments. All doctors are very considerate, give plenty of time.
Good but long wait

I recently visited the practice for a chest infection. It was a rather long wait (over 40 mins) however the place is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful.
The Dr provided good advice and everything cleared up quickly after medication, so I can't grumble at all with the overall service.
