This care home is really nice and I am treated well. People are really nice. Food is also really nice.

The company is poorly managed. Residents are treated without any consideration, they don't respond to any complaints.

Was a resident for 2 and a half years. I pressed button for carer to take me to the toilet but they don't come. Ridiculous rules and regulations.
