I will give them 5 stars. We are very happy by the care and treatment provided by them.

Very difficult to get hold of them. Booking an appointment is close to impossible. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

Richmond primary care centre podiatry took 6 visits from me in order to know my 10 year old daughter had Autism. They eventually also sent her for an x-ray.

Whenever I call I get an appointment and on time. I am satisfied with the service.

After 2 years they finally agreed to blood tests, then made me wait over 2 weeks for results, first said everything was fine, then said had severe vitamin deficiencies. Doctors dismissing what other Doctors have said which is concerning. They made me wait 2 further months to start vitamin B12 injections, then moved my following appointment 3 times without consulting me (even though I work and can't keep just chopping and changing) Even though b12 has to be ordered 48hrs in advance they offered an appointment for 24hrs time, obviously couldn't have this appointment so now have to wait until almost end of February. Just an appalling surgery with no real care for the patients all around...plus they now appear to be closed every day between 12.30 -2pm...might get more appointments in if they were actually open!

All GP's are the same. Getting an appointment is close to impossible. I have to wait for hours on the phone to speak to them.

GP is very good at making referrals. I always see my own doctor. They always pick up the phone and reply back very quickly.

You can never see your GP. Most of the time the appointments are with the nurses or physician assistant and at times they ask you to go to the pharmacy for quick advice.

They're okay. As okay as any GP is at the moment.

They're okay but I don't deal with them as much as the hospital as they have it all in hand. The doctors and staff are kind but they don't deal with them too much.
