They have been really good. They arranged bereavement counselling after my husband died. They did this all over the phone but they are really good and I feel that I can speak openly with her and she really listens to what I need.

Safe and tranquil environment.
My mother spent her last month of life at the John Taylor Hospice where she was cared for competently and with great compassion.
The hospice staff were also very kind to us - My siblings and I live outside Birmingham. The hospice was open to us visiting at any time.
Doctors, Nurses, OT, complementary therapist, the chef, care assistants and volunteers were all wonderful and helped us enormously during a very difficult time for our family.

Lack of care,no compassion nobody listened to our concerns and believed what we were saying about my cousin I'm actually disgusted

We brought my nan home from hospital so she could have the end at home. I think people who do that job are very special cearing amazing people.

Our family could visit whenever we liked and we were made to feel very welcome. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind.
