The dentist on the Redditch Road is good and very helpful. It’s easy to get an appointment.

They don’t book interpreter and ask me to write everything.

Dentist is quite good and I am able to get appointments.

I have been with Kings Norton Dental Practice for more than 10 years. Had a great experience coming for treatment this week again. Dr was fantastic, discussed my treatment and made sure that I was happy with treatment I received, very friendly and professional. Receptionist and other staff were polite, friendly, supportive and informative. Treatment was fantastic.

That’s alright, they see me quite quick when I need to.

Useless. Cancel appointments then text to say don't forget to attend. Send constant texts asking you to make appointments so ring up to be told they only do emergency appointments.

No waiting on this occasion, will book morning appointment again. Friendly staff, dentist knows I'm a nervous patient and works with that

Dentist is good, but could be a bit cheaper for OAP please
