Knightsbridge Care Services

Our parents were anxious about getting help from carers but they were very understanding and flexible and worked with us so that now to quote mum "I couldn't do without them and they are so lovely". Dad and mum have two visits a day which has been very timely, relieved the pressure and without them neither we nor they could cope. The carers are appreciated not only for what they do but because "they care". The communication has been excellent - things like medication and circumstances have been changing week by week and the team do everything they can to respond with kindness and flexibility. Not everything can be perfect - there are other pressures and client needs to be prioritized, but there is the assurance of feeling that you have a team on your side who is working with you - you are not a time slot or cost centre - you are partners and co-workers and your parents are people that are valued and cared about.

The best care service you can get I would give it 10/10 all the way it be year now seems I come to Knightsbridge care
I thought I would update the review There got me back on track and help me out with lot of things and I am now lot more happy here and settled ❣️ i would say it not a company it more like one big family and there treat everyone with respect and care

I would highly recommend this place too anyone who is looking for a caring or supported living place knightsbridge is a beautiful place too work and live and like a family and treat equally and with respect very lovable place and I would give it a 10 out of 10 and what more can I say the staff and management are very helpful and very supportive I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for knightsbridge and I thank them so much from the bottom of my heart and I love this place so much they are like a family too me a 100%
