Home Treatment Team 2010.

I was in a dark place and the nurse, he helped me through homes visits and 24 hour line to put things in a completely different perspective. I would say he saved me life. Is there any way to get counselling from this nurse again? I don't live in Birmingham anymore. It's a long shot but he has been the only one to help me and get through to me and I really need someone like that again. I can travel, I just don't know if you are able to help if I'm not on home treatment anymore, OR in Birmingham?

Thank you for your really kind words about the team and nurse at Ladywood. The teams have a small catchment area to help them work effectively with those patients in most need. I would hope that there is a similar team in the place where you now live. We can only work within our funded area locally. If you make contact with our customer relations team on 0800 953 0045 they can try to put you in touch with the team and it is possible that your records could be transferred to your new team and this may help them understand the help we gave you. We wish you the very best on your recovery journey.

Poor care

Really poor care. If I call when "in crisis" I get promises of calls back that never appear. I keep calling, but never receive and call backs.
