They deliver medication and blister packs to me. They always deliver on time. Very good, I have no complaints.

Have to take prescriptions into them

I have to take prescriptions physically to the pharmacy which is a pain when you used to be able to call them in. It means I have to make a special trip to go there. My husband has vascular dementia and they still call him to arrange appointments.

We have to wait for it. My support workers call to see when it is ready to be collected.
Shut the door in your face

They shut the door in your face and always say they have no staff. It's not great really.

Erratic opening hours ,shuts on a Saturday ,very poor service. Staff couldn't care less..AVOID AT ALL COST
