Moundsley Hall Nursing and Residential Home

Dirty room drinks left were they could not be reached phone calls to family for help within two weeks rushed into hospital very ill.

Staff made my Aunt feel safe and comfortable, we held her 90th Birthday recently, she enjoyed very much.
She no longer suffers headaches and UTI problems, and is gaining confidence.
We have seen progress, thanks to Moundsley Hall efforts.

We were very pleased with mums care while in kenilworth house. Good caring staff, her room was big & bright, the home was spotless. She was very settled & happy there.

Who had respite for a couple of weeks while my mum had surgery
The room was lovely and clean our relative said he was very happy here
And well looked after the staff seemed very friendly it was just a nice place and beautiful surroundings we would use again if the need arises.

My father in law is with Moundsley and the premises are excellent staff so kind and cheery and dignity in everything you do. Thank you for giving us peace of mind

The staff were so kind, patient and caring. They kept my husband comfortable and he couldn't have been better looked after anywhere else during his final months. They were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I will actually miss going there. Thank you.

I have visited my wife in this home everyday for 15 months. I have found this home to be exemplary in every way. Ample staff, well trained. First class equipment. Wonderful happy atmosphere. Cannot fault.

Accidents including falls not being recorded
incontinence pads not being changed

Very difficult to admit you can't look after your loved one as well as the trained staff at Moundsley who manage to stay professional, upbeat and fun whilst caring for some difficult characters. Welcoming from day one, nothing too much trouble, good communication with families. Any minor difficulties addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Can't recommend it highly enough.
