Recently started care for my mother. Omnia from the very first contact were very professional and treated me and my mother like we were part of the family. The care staff are very attentive and treat my mother with respect all the time.

this is the first time i am receiving care and the staff are very good, they do everything i need and i feel safe with them they make me happy and i get the food i like to eat.

My wife is bedbound and needs full-time care. Me alongside carers who come three times a day support and help her. The carers are good and helpful but only issue is the time they come at. In the morning they come at 10am and then in the afternoon they come at 4pm. In the evening they come at 7pm. which leaves us without any support till 10am in the morning (For nearly 14 hours). I want them to come early in the morning and late in the evening. I have taken this issue up with the manager number of times but nothing has changed.
