Worryingly poor.

We had an agreement for the care company to attend for 30 minutes a day, Monday - Friday at lunch to make and feed my mother who has dementia. During the time thay cared for her they faied to stop for 30 minutes 50% of the time, almost fed her a warmed up pork pie, left the key safe open after a visit and referred to my Mother as Darling instead of by her first name. 3 complaints raised by me to to NDH and I am still waiting for a response.
