Excellent staff, excellent care

Every member of staff treats mom like their mom or grandma. Nothing is too much trouble. If you're looking for an excellent nursing home, choose Neville Williams
A warm, friendly, safe, caring environment

No one ever wants to move a loved one into a care home but this home has and is everthing you could wish for. Residents are treated as though they were all part of some loving extended family with care and dignity.The accommodation, food, facilities, gardens (complete with all sorts of pets & birds) are all first class.

The house is lovely, fresh and clean, it doesn't smell (of air freshener or wee) ! The staff seem relaxed, they have time to chat to the residents (they are not rushing around). The residents are choose where they want to go in the home (they are NOT just parked in the wheel chair like some homes I've seen)
