Not communicating with their patients

I ordered my prescription last Tuesday to find out yesterday they was rejected. I tried to ring couldn't get through. To find out why my prescription was rejected on the app.
Difficult to get an appointment

Difficult getting appointments. Staff are usually nice. Sometimes they do not sort the problem they just see you and prescribe stuff.
Takes a while for someone to get back to you

It takes a bit of time. I fill out an online form and it takes a while for someone to get back to you. I had a general check up and they referred me on to Sandwell hospital.
Reception staff rude

Receptionist decides if you get a face to face or telephone appointment. They give conflicting information and are generally unhelpful
