The process for seeing a doctor has gone complicated since Covid started. But my GP is excellent.

GP’s good if you get to see them which is always very challenging. You have to call them 10 times before speaking to them.

Helpful GP with always appointments available. My hospital referral was on time resulting in quick recovery.

They have been very supportive of my mental health and signposted me to several organisations to help. They ask how your doing and always try to help. They check up on referrals and make sure you understand what going to happen next.

My practice has issues with obtaining appointments.They have an extended phone message but its still difficult to get an appointment.They encourage visiting one regular doctor rather than any doctor. My experience has been good with my doctor. The reception staff can be rude and obnoxious.
I've been with my surgery since I was 4 years old. they have been very helpful with my mental health needs.

I have had a good experience, they have improved over the year. Doctors have spent a lot of time with me and helped find the route cause of any problem I have had.

The GP's in the centre have an excellent bed side manner and a wealth of experience and knowledge. There is a diversity in ages of the doctors with regards to age, race, ethnicity and experience.
The staff are welcoming and friendly. The on site nurses are excellent and give both practical and medical support on a wide variety of issues.

There are other health intervaions on site including chipody, maternity support and drop in sessions from other health/social care providors.

Listened to me and wanted to get problem solved.Can book appointment online and friendly receptionist
