General care is good

General care is good but staff engagement is varied.
E.g. Some key staff including nurses are attentive & speak to my relative appropriately, clear in a manner they can hear.
On occasion, staff have not supported their wishes or helped them out of their wheelchair into bed quick enough - causing much unnecessary stress.
Management, environment is generally good.
