Have to wait for a long time for an appointment. Staff is good and respectful when I do go for an appointment.

I'm so scared of the dentist since my previous dentist was probably a butcher. But this practice was so calm with me plus they took care of me during my pregnancy when I started to have a lot of problems with my teeth

Excellent communication- they keep you updated with details of the process, how long things take and what to expect. Very efficient.
